Welcome to BookMyDeco. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website at www.bookmydeco.in and the decoration services provided by BookMyDeco ("we", "us", "our") in Chandigarh, Panchkula, Mohali and surrounding Tricity areas.
By using our website or booking our services — whether via phone, WhatsApp or any other channel — you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Services
BookMyDeco provides balloon and party decoration services for residential and commercial clients in Chandigarh Tricity. Services include but are not limited to: birthday decoration, kitty party decoration, wedding and engagement decoration, anniversary decoration, baby shower decoration, festival decoration (Diwali, Lohri, Holi), corporate office decoration, school event decoration and shop opening decoration.
All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
2. Booking and Confirmation
Bookings can be made via phone or WhatsApp at Book Your Decoration.
A booking is confirmed only after verbal or written confirmation from our team.
For bookings above ₹2,000, a 50% advance payment may be required to confirm the slot.
Bookings are subject to decorator availability on your chosen date and time.
Same-day bookings are subject to availability and must be placed before noon for evening setups.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted inclusive of installation and removal (where applicable) unless stated otherwise. There are no hidden charges.
Prices quoted at the time of booking are fixed and will not change unless the scope of work changes.
Payment is accepted in cash or via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm) at the time of service delivery.
For large bookings (₹5,000 and above), a 50% advance is required to confirm the booking.
Custom packages are quoted on a case-by-case basis after understanding the client's requirements.
Travel charges do not apply within the Chandigarh Tricity area (Chandigarh, Panchkula, Mohali, Zirakpur, Kharar, Derabassi).
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation more than 48 hours before the booking: Full advance refund, no cancellation fee.
Cancellation between 24–48 hours before the booking: 50% of the advance amount is non-refundable to cover material procurement costs.
Cancellation less than 24 hours before the booking: The full advance amount is non-refundable, as materials will have been purchased and the slot reserved.
Same-day bookings: Non-cancellable once confirmed.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your booking at no extra charge, subject to availability, if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

5. Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate address and access information at the time of booking.
Ensure our decorator has unobstructed access to the decoration area at the agreed time.
For hotel or OYO room setups, coordinate with hotel management for room access before our team arrives.
Ensure the decoration area is clean and reasonably clear before our team arrives.
Be available (or have a representative available) at the site to approve the setup before we leave.
6. Our Responsibilities
Arrive at the agreed time or notify you promptly in case of any delay.
Use quality materials as described in your package.
Set up and (where included in the package) remove all decoration materials.
Leave the premises clean after setup — no waste, no mess.
Maintain confidentiality of any surprise or gender reveal information you share with us.
7. Damage and Liability
BookMyDeco takes all reasonable care during setup and removal of decoration. However:
We are not liable for minor marks or scuffs on walls from standard tape used in balloon decoration. We use decoration-safe adhesive strips wherever possible.
Clients are advised to inform us of any special wall finishes (wallpaper, delicate paint) so we can use appropriate mounting methods.
We are not liable for decoration that is damaged after our team has completed setup — balloons are perishable materials affected by heat, sunlight and sharp surfaces.
Our maximum liability in any dispute is limited to the value of the booking amount paid.
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform our services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: severe weather, natural disaster, civil unrest, power failure, illness of our decorator team or government-imposed restrictions. In such cases, we will offer to reschedule your booking at no extra charge or provide a full refund of any advance paid.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on www.bookmydeco.in — including text, images, graphics and page designs — is the property of BookMyDeco or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Panchkula, Haryana.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
